Your journey of nature, purpose, and adventure does not include:
✔️ Flights / Travel to and from the Retreat Location - Airfare and other travel costs to Puerto Vallarta are not inlcuded.
✔️ Airport Transportation Outside of Scheduled Times - Any airport transfers or local transportation needed outside the designated pick-up and drop-off windows are not included.
✔️ Optional Meals, Drinks & Snacks During Excursions - Most meals are included, but any optional food or beverage purchases made during the retreat or off-site excursion are the responsibility of the participant.
✔️ Taxes and Fees Not Specified - Any government-imposed taxes or fees not explicitly mentioned in the retreat package are not included.
✔️ Personal Items - Guests are responsible for bringing their own personal items, such as toiletries, hairbrushes, medications, chargers, and other daily essentials.
✔️ Additional Services, Excursions, or Tours - Any services or experiences beyond the curated retreat programming (e.g., spa treatments, private guides, extra tours) are not covered.
✔️ Extended Stays (Before or After Retreat Dates) - Accommodation and meals outside of the official retreat dates must be arranged separately by the guest. CHINGONA Consulting is happy to help with your travel arrangements, contact me for details.
✔️ Souvenirs and Personal Purchases - Items such as gifts, local crafts, or personal souvenirs are not included.
✔️ Medical Costs or Emergencies - Any medical expenses, treatments, or emergency care needed during the retreat are not the responsibility of the organizers.
✔️ Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances; this is not included in your retreat fee.
✔️ Waiver of Refund Policy - Your retreat payment is subject to our clear and firm cancellation and refund policy. No exceptions are granted outside of the stated terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Travel & Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage, to protect your investment in the event of personal emergencies or unforeseen travel disruptions. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
Cancellations by Participants
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $299 USD deposit
Cancellation within 72 hours of registration: You may cancel your registration within 72 hours of booking and receive a full refund, provided the retreat start date is more than 30 days away. Cancellation within 72 hours of registration is fully refundable minus the $299 deposit. This is in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's cooling-off rule.
Cancellation 30 or more days before retreat start date (May 19, 2026): You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost paid to date, or a credit for the total amount paid to date for a future retreat valid for 12 months.
Cancellation within 29 or less days of retreat start date (May 20, 2026): No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant with prior written approval or receive a credit for the total amount paid to date toward a future retreat valid for 12 months.
Cancellations by Organizer
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to low enrollment, instructor illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel the retreat:
You will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
We are not responsible for incidental expenses incurred by you (such as airfare, travel insurance, or personal accommodations). We encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
By registering for this experience & retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Force Majeure
CHINGONA Consulting is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies that make the retreat impracticable or unsafe.
Save Time & Money Using CBX
Many retreat participants have found it convenient and cost-effective to fly from the Tijuana International Airport (TIJ) by using the CBX (Cross Border Xpress) pedestrian bridge from Otay Mesa in San Diego directly into the Tijuana airport terminal. CBX makes travel to Mexico simple, safe, and streamlined. From TIJ, you can book a nonstop, lower-cost flight to Puerto Vallarta on airlines like Volaris or Vivaaerobus. This retreat officially begins on the afternoon of June 21, 2026 upon your arrival at PVR, and we will officially open our experience & retreat together in Playa Las Tortugas. We ask that you do your best to arrive within the transportation window so you don’t miss this meaningful beginning. The retreat closes the at 12 pm, June 21, 2026.
If you'd like to arrive early or extend your stay at Villa Tortuga or in or near Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas, let us know—we’re happy to assist with additional coordination.

Your Travel Details
Please plan your flight to arrive at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) on Thursday, June 18, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Group transportation from PVR to the retreat center is included and will be arranged during this window. Transportation outside the scheduled pick-up times are at your own expense. Flying in before your retreat? No problem, we can arrange for pick-up during the same time block or meet you at the Villa (transportation cost not included).
Your return airport transportation is also included and scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026, with drop-offs at PVR between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please book your return flight accordingly to ensure a smooth transition.
You may choose to fly in or out of Tepic International Airport (TPQ) instead of Puerto Vallarta, —however, please note that transportation to and from Tepic is not included and would be at your own expense.
Important Travel Advisory:
 All travelers will need a valid passport for international travel to Mexico or a passport card if crossing any border into Mexico by land or sea. Please check your passport's expiration date and allow time for renewals if needed.
